About the Maddy
The Maddy is our smallest villa, still with almost 1400 square feet of living space! Maddy has split bedrooms for added privacy, a kitchen island with storage, and front and rear covered porches. The owner’s suite boasts a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with a double vanity and a 5-foot shower. Maddy comes with a 1 car garage and a mechanical closet and large storage closet in the garage for extra space.
