Panhandle Homes of Berkeley County is committed to working with the REALTOR community in providing quality residential housing in Berkeley County to new-home buyers.

From the first presentation through to the final settlement, the staff at Panhandle Homes is available to take care of all details.

Our policy does require that Realtors request registration of their prospects, either by accompanying them to our sales centers on the occasion of their first visit, or via email, to which PHBC will promptly respond.

Registrations will be accepted for those prospects with whom PHBC is not already working.

Registered prospects must complete a ratified contract of sale within 60 days of their initial registration.  Compensation will be paid directly to the broker at closing.
