Certified Aging-in-Place Specifialist (CAPS)

The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) credential program teaches the technical, business management, and customer service skills essential to working with clients making choices that will help them stay in their homes safely and securely. Panhandle Homes is proud to be a Certified Aging-in-Place homebuilder and have team members who have completed the National Association of Home Builders’ program and earned the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist designation.
