Moving to West Virginia from two states away was a scary decision. I had been working in the vicinity of Martinsburg for about 4 years when I finally made the decision to relocate closer to work. One of the first people I told about my decision to move into the Spring Mills community was affiliated with the chamber of commerce and her reply was, “Panhandle Homes is excellent to work with.” Little did I know how prophetic that statement would prove to be. Throughout the whole walk through process prior to close, Dennis and the Panhandle Home staff were excellent to work with. Not only thoroughly detailed, their processes were informative and easy. The follow up with the minor issues that arose during the warranty period was impeccable. What I was most impressed by was the flexibility provided by Nicole and her contractors to help resolve those minor issues. Panhandle Homes is an excellent homebuilder that stands behind their work. I highly recommend!
